Return & Exchange Policy

At DTB, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing tags are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at:

Include your order number, reason for return/exchange, and pictures of the item (if defective).

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending the product back to us.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
  • In the case of defective or wrong items, DTB will bear the return shipping charges.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested size or product is unavailable, we can issue a store credit or refund instead.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images for verification. We will replace it at no extra cost.
