Shipping Policy

At DTB, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and securely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for details on delivery times, charges, and order processing.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

2. Delivery Time

  • Within Pakistan: 3–5 working days after dispatch.
  • For custom or made-to-order items: Delivery may take up to 7–10 working days.
  • Delivery times may vary based on your city and courier operations.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Rs. 250 (applied at checkout).
  • Free Shipping: On orders above Rs. 5,000 within Pakistan.
  • International shipping is currently not available, but we plan to offer it soon.

4. Order Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress via our partnered courier’s website.


5. Delays & Issues

While we work with reliable courier partners, unexpected delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or holidays.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected time, contact us and we’ll assist promptly.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

DTB is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. However, we’ll do our best to coordinate with the courier company to resolve any issues.
